My mission is to empower you with the awareness and tools to meet your body where it is today - and help you move with strength, confidence, and ease.
Whether your goal is to improve mobility, support rehabilitation, or refine your posture, I’ll guide you through intentional, core-based movement practices. Together, we’ll focus on alignment, release unnecessary tension, and build long-term strength and body awareness

Maybe you’re in your 30s or 40s and want to improve your posture. Or you’re navigating pregnancy and looking to prepare for birth and recovery. Perhaps you’re an athlete who wants to improve balance and mobility (yes, golfing counts!).
